POB coworking space - a community of work focused professionals

POB is a friendly, creative workspace designed for professionals. Our studios are currently home to architects, game designers, film producers, and researchers. The building features a high-speed NBN connection, making it ideal for web-based creatives and small businesses.

Housed in a fully renovated warehouse, POB Space offers eight private studios with plaster walls and timber-framed glass doors, alongside an open-plan area with dedicated desks. Large windows and skylights throughout the building make the most of natural light. The space also includes a new kitchen, meeting room, and unisex bathrooms.

Located on Victoria Street in the heart of Brunswick—approximately halfway between Sydney Road and Lygon Street—POB Space is surrounded by excellent cafés, restaurants, and bars.

Studio 2 is available now. Measuring approximately 5.4 × 4.3 metres, it comfortably fits 1 to 6 people and is priced at $1650/month + GST.

The studio is bright and airy, with northern-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a pleasant view—perfect for a productive and inspiring workspace.

Studio 7

Studio 7 is available now. Measuring approximately 4.2 × 3.5 metres, it’s a great fit for 1 to 4 people and is priced at $1200 per month +GST.

The studio is bright and inviting, featuring a skylight, polycarbonate walls that filter soft natural light, and exposed Vic Ash timber finished with hand-polished beeswax—giving the space a warm, crafted feel.
